微循环固相微萃取技术检测甲基苯丙胺合成过程中的特征物质

         

摘要

目的 建立毒品甲基苯丙胺合成过程中的特征反应中间体、副产物和杂质的提取及检测方法,为分析新型毒品合成路线与制毒化学品之间的关联性提供技术支撑.方法 称取甲基苯丙胺样品(100±5)mg,放入已优化的微循环顶空固相富集装置萃取,以乙酸乙酯解吸,经GC、GC/MS分析,得到特征反应中间体、副产物和杂质.结果 利用上述方法对11份云南边境地区缴获的样品进行分析,建立各样品化学指纹图谱,检测结果均满意.结论 本文建立的方法可以用于甲基苯丙胺合成过程中的特征反应中间体、副产物和杂质的检测.%Objective To develop an extraction and detection method for specific intermediates, by-products and impurities produced in methamphetamine synthesis, thereby providing the technical support for analysis of the new synthesized drugs and chemicals. Methods (100±5)mg of methamphetamine sample was extracted by the optimized self-made micro-circulated solid headspace enrichment device, desorbed with ethyl acetate, and finally analyzed by GC and GC/MS. The characteristic intermediates, by-products and impurities were obtained. Results 11 samples smuggled abroad were analyzed by the above methods, and the chemical fingerprints of each sample were established, with the results being satisfactory. Conclusions This method is able to detect specific intermediates, by-products and impurities produced in methamphetamine synthesis.
