香菇多糖的提取条件研究

     

摘要

研究香菇多糖的不同提取方法,结果表明,采用高压热水浸提法可提高多糖的提取率。探讨采用高压热水浸提法从香菇中提取活性多糖的最适条件。通过单因素试验,分析了料液比、高压热水浸提时间及高压热水浸提温度对香菇多糖提取率的影响,并以香菇多糖提取率为评价指标,优化提取工艺。实验结果表明,高压热水浸提法提取香菇多糖的最适条件为:料液比为1∶50(g/mL),高压热水浸提时间为80 min,高压热水浸提温度为115℃。在此条件下,香菇多糖的提取率为7.76%。%Different extraction methods of polysaccharide from lentinus edodes are studied in this paper.The results showed that the high-pressure hot water extraction can increase the extraction rate of polysaccharides. The optimum extraction conditions of the active polysaccharides in lentinus edodes by high-pressure hot water were also studied in this research. The influence of the solid-liquid ratio , the time of high-pressure hot water extraction and the temperature of high-pressure hot water extraction on the extraction rate of polysaccharides was explored by single factor experiments, and the extraction process was optimized. The experimental results showed that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:the solid-liquid ratio 1∶50 (g/mL), the time of high-pressure hot water extraction 80 min , the temperature of high-pressure hot water extraction 115℃, and under these conditions polysaccharides extraction rate was 7.76 %.
