The method to determine Ac-, Cl-, Na+, K+, Mg2+and Ca2+in hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium acetate ringer's injection by ion chromatography was proposed. Liquid samles are directly injected into IC by separate diluting. Under optimizing experimental condition, the detection limits are from 0.9μg/L to 6.1μg/L, with recovery in the range of 98.88%102.09%. It may calibrate over two orders of magnitute in concentration of 6 ions while RSD are below 0.54%. Our report can provide credible data of product quality for hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 sodium acetate ringer's injection product line.%建立了离子色谱法测定羟乙基淀粉130/0.4醋酸钠林格注射液中Ac-、Cl-、Na+、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+离子的方法。将羟乙基淀粉130/0.4醋酸钠林格注射液样品稀释一定倍数后分别直接进样分析,利用优化的实验条件,6种离子的检出限(S/N=3)为0.9μg/L~6.1μg/L,线性范围跨越两个数量级以上,连续6次进样RSD值小于0.54%,加标回收率为98.88%102.09%,可以给实际羟乙基淀粉130/0.4醋酸钠林格注射液生产线提供可靠的产品质量检测数据。
