PURPOSE: An observation system of giving an injection of Ringer's solution is provided to measure the weight of Ringer's solution being injected in hospitals or the like and transmit the measurement results to a remote place. CONSTITUTION: The system for monitoring an injection of Ringer's solution, comprises: a Ringer hanging unit(100) for measuring a weight of Ringer's solution, converting weight information of the Ringer's solution into a data signal, and transmitting the data signal; a first line interface device(200) for receiving the data signal transmitted from the Ringer hanging unit, performing data conversion with respect to the data signal to allow identifier information required to identify the Ringer hanging unit to be included in the data signal, and outputting the converted data signal to a communication line(500); a second line interface device(300) for receiving the data signal input from the first line interface device through the communication line, and outputting the data signal to a remote monitoring device(400) connected thereto; and the remote monitoring device(400) for decoding the data signal output from the second line interface device and outputting weight data of the Ringer's solution according to the identifier information.
