食品冷链物流安全管理研究

摘要

Combined with the characteristic of food cold chain logistics,the development situation and the difference from the first at home and abroad of fresh food cold chain logistics ,put forward China's cold chain logistics safety management problems,focusing on the application of cold chain logistics technology to enhance and improve the food cold chain logistics system,combining with the example should be used,to strengthen the technical demonstration,so as toguarantee fresh food safety etc.%结合食品冷链物流的特征，首先从国内外生鲜食品冷链物流的发展情况及差异方面，提出我国冷链物流安全管理的问题，重点针对冷链物流技术应用来提高并完善食品冷链物流体系，结合实例应用，强化技术论证，从而保障生鲜食品安全等方面。
