In order to study protein bars to alleviate the extent of sports fatigue,we selected 40 swimming Majors as subjects experiment,through research period of three months,the results showed that:the observation group athletes body weight and muscle content than the control group athletes significantly improved(P<0.05),while the percentage of body fat and BMI index were significantly lower than the control group athletes (P<0.05). Through body fluids analysis,we proved the observation group athletes blood fatigue related indicators than the control group athletes changed significantly (P<0.05) after training;urine protein and urobilinogen than the control group decreased significantly (P<0.05) while saliva pH value did not change significantly in the obser-vation group than the control group while the athletes significantly increased(P<0.05). By fatigue experimental analysis,the observation group athletes after training,endurance levels,lung capacity and hemoglobin levels than the control group athletes significantly increased (P<0.05). All subjects were any adverse reactions,pro-tein bars have proved effective to alleviate sports fatigue function,and has broad market prospects.%为了研究蛋白棒对运动员运动性疲劳的缓解程度,我们选取40名体育学院游泳专业大学生作为实验对象进行实验,经过为期3个月的研究,结果表明:观察组运动员体重和肌肉含量较对照组运动员明显提高(P<0.05),而体脂率和BMI指数均显著低于对照组运动员(P<0.05)。通过体液检测分析,证明训练结束后观察组运动员血液中疲劳相关指标较对照组运动员发生显著改变(P<0.05);尿液中的尿蛋白和尿胆原较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),而唾液中的pH值在观察组未发生明显变化,而较对照组运动员显著提高(P<0.05)。通过抗疲劳实验分析,观察组运动员经过训练后,耐力水平,肺活量和血红蛋白含量较对照组运动员显著提高(P<0.05)。所有的研究对象均未发生任何不良反应,证明蛋白棒具有效缓解运动性疲劳的功能,并具有广阔的市场前景。
