大孔树脂纯化东北山核桃壳棕色色素工艺的研究

     

摘要

为减少东北山核桃壳棕色色素的杂质,提高其色价,选择4种大孔吸附树脂,分别测定了它们对棕色素的吸附率和解吸率,筛选出较优的棕色素吸附剂,并对其吸附性能进行了考察。结果表明:NKA-9树脂对棕色素有较好的吸附和解吸效果,当浓度为0.1 mg/mL时树脂的吸附效果最好,上样液的最佳pH值为3.0,最佳解析液为70%乙醇溶液,最佳上样液流速为2.0 mL/min,最佳洗脱液流速为1.0 mL/min,洗脱剂用量不少于3 BV。经树脂纯化后,色素色价可提高至162.81%。%In order to reduce the impurities of brown pigments from northeast walnut shell and improve its color value,type of macroporous resin for purification of pigments was studied and the purification process conditions was researched. The characteristics of adsorption rates and desorption rates of four kinds of macroporous resins (D-101,D-4020,AB-8,NKA-9) to the brown pigment are investigated. The results showed that NKA-9 resin was the suitable resin for purifying the brown pigment. From the above investigations and analysis,the optimized conditions were obtained as 0.1 mg/mL sample concentration of adsorption,pH value 3.0,70%alcohol of the suitable elution agent,the optimized flow rates of adsorption were 2.0 mL/min,the optimized flow rates of des-orption were 1.0 mL/min,the consumption of elution agent weren′t less than 3 BV. After purification,purification rate of color value was ahieved 162.81%.
