PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a system which can invite sponsors for a town activation event of a whole nation participation type (including overseas participation) to raise the cost for the operation and production of a TACHINEPUTA image although the cost is very large. ;SOLUTION: A personal computer with an Internet connecting function is used to divide the TACHINEPUTA image into sections and production supporters are invited by the sections. A customer 1 selects a section division part that the customer desires to support and applies to a WEB database 3 for TACHINEPUTA through a WEB page.
