新型试纸条在食源性致病菌检测中的应用

摘要

近年来,由食源性致病菌引起的食品安全事件频频发生,其中,以沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、单增李斯特菌等致病菌引起的感染尤为常见.目前常用的食源性致病菌检测方法常需借助大型仪器完成,操作步骤繁琐,不利于现场检测.因此,建立一种针对食源性致病菌的快速准确检测方法尤为重要.试纸条检测方法因其便携、灵敏度高、快速高效及成本低等优点,广泛应用于食源性致病菌的快速检测.针对新型试纸条检测方法进行综述,阐明了其在食源性致病菌检测中的应用.%In recent years,food safety accidents cause by foodborne pathogenic bacteria occurre frequently.Infection caused by Salmonella,Staphyloccocus aureus,Escherichia coli,Listeria monocytogenes and other pathogens is particularly common.In the diagnosis,the commonly used detection methods of foodborne pathogens generally require complex instrumentation,cumbersome operation steps,which is not conducive to on-site testing.Therefore,it is very important to establish a rapid and accurate detection method for foodborne pathogens.Because of the advantages of convenient carrying,high sensitivity,high efficiency,low cost,and so on,the strip test method is widely used in the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.The new strip test method and its application in the detection field of foodborne pathogens were summarized in this paper.
