苯脲类除草剂残留检测方法研究进展

摘要

The progress on analytical methods of phenylurea herbicides residue in environment, water, soil and food was reviewed.The methods applied in the determination of phenylurea herbicides,including gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), sensors, capillary electrophoresis (CE), thin layer chromatography (TLC) and immunoassay were briefly described with their strongnesses and weaknesses. Prospect in this field was previewed, especially immunoassay.%对苯脲类除草剂在环境水、土壤和食品中的残留检测方法进行综述,概述气相色谱、高效液相色谱、传感器、毛细管电泳、薄层色谱,以及免疫学等检测方法的应用,并对各自的优缺点进行总结,最后对各种检测方法特别是免疫检测方法进行展望.
