石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定螺旋藻中的铝

     

摘要

建立适合日常检测分析螺旋藻中铝的试验方法.采用微波消解法处理样品,以Mg(NO3)2-NH4 H2PO4为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定螺旋藻中铝,优化仪器条件和试验方法.结果表明:方法的检出限为1.52 μg/L,RSD为2.13%~6.29%,回收率为90.65%~108.15%.该法能够简便、快捷、准确地检测螺旋藻中铝的含量,符合要求.%To establish a method of determination of aluminum in spirulina powder by GFAAS. The samples were dissolved with microwave digestion and determined by GFAAS. Mg ( NO3 )2 -NH, H2PO4 were used as the martrix modifier to reduce the interference. Analytical conditions for determiantion were optimized. Result- The detection limit of this method was found to be 1. 52 jxg/L and the relative standard deviations were between 2.13%~-6. 29%. Value of recovery found were in ranges of 90. 65%~~1G8.15%. The method of determination is simple, rapid and the analytical results meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
