电磁阀切换电动驱动全二维分离系统的研究

         

摘要

提出一种基于电磁阀切换和电动驱动的全二维分离系统,该系统用电动作用驱动二维分离全过程,将电磁阀用于二维分离过程的切换.系统采用模块化设计,包括可控高压电源模块、电渗驱动电磁阀切换模块、二维分离检测模块、控制和数据采集模块,整个系统用自制接口卡和VC语言程序通过计算机控制实现自动化操作.利用该系统实现了对8种食品添加剂的高效分离检测,检出限为0.05~0.2 μg/mL,峰高和迁移时间的相对标准偏差分别为2.2%~3.8%和1.3%~2.7%.研究结果表明,该系统设备紧凑、分辨率高、操作方便,可用于复杂样品的分离分析.%A new two-dimensional (2D) separation system based on solenoid valve switch and electrokinetic drive is proposed.Electrokinetic effect was used to drive the whole 2D separation process,and solenoid valve was used to control the 2D switch.The system consists of controllable high voltage module,electrokinetic drive and solenoid valve switch module,2D separation and detection module,and control and data collection module.The whole system is controlled by a computer with an interface card and Visual C program.The high resolution and sensitivity analysis of 8 food additives is realized with detection limit of 0.05~0.2 μg/mL.The relative standard deviation values of peak height and migration time were 2.2 % ~ 3.8 %and 1.3% ~ 2.7%,respectively.The research results show that,the system has some advantages including compact structure,high resolution and convenience for separation and detection of complex samples.
