Fatty acids were extracted from Caulis Marsdeniae Tenocissimae by water reflux extraction.The extracts were analyzed by GC/MC.The results showed that 27 compositions were identified in the extracts,which includes 6 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids (43.77％),10 kinds of saturated fatty acids (33.53％),2 kinds of alcohol (5.18％) and 9 kinds of hydrocarbons (12.48％).Three kinds of fatty acids which were composed of odd-numbered carbon atoms were checked out in the experiment,including heptadecanoic acid,nonadecanoic acid and tricosanoic acid,and the contents of (E)-9-Octadecenoic acid,methyl ester,methyl 10-trans,12-cis-octadecadienoate and Hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester were relatively higher.%通过水浴回流提取乌骨藤中的脂肪酸,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对乌骨藤的成分进行分析检测.结果表明:在乌骨藤中共检测到27种物质,其中不饱和脂肪酸6种(43.77％)、饱和脂肪酸10种(33.53％)、醇类2种(5.18％)、烃类9种(12.48％).3种奇数碳原子的脂肪酸为十七碳酸、十九碳酸、二十三碳酸.乌骨藤中(E)-9-十八碳烯酸、(10E,12Z)-十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸含量较高.
