甜菜糖蜜作为碳源培养克鲁弗酵母菌最适培养基的研究

             

摘要

Saccharomyces kluyveri as experimental materials, and through combined single factor test with response surface method. Optimize the main factors affecting the absorbance value of Saccharomyces kluyveri, established a mathematical model by response surface analysis to get the optimal yeast medium, NO.1685:4% beet molasses, 0.20% peptone, 0.05% KH2PO4 and 0.05% yeast extract powder; NO.1892:8% beet molasses, 0.15% peptone, and 0.05% KH2PO4; NO.10847:4% beet molasses, 0.20% peptone, and 0.15% KH2PO4; NO.10955:6% beet molasses, 0.15% peptone, and 0.05% KH2PO4. Saccharomyces kluyveri in the optimized medium conditions dry weight of four strains were 13.2g/L, 11.6g/L, 9.7g/L, 10.4g/L, improve the optimization of medium about 35% than before.%克鲁弗酵母菌作为实验材料,采用单因素试验和响应曲面相结合的方法,对影响克鲁弗酵母菌吸光度值的主要因素进行了优化,并建立数学模型,通过响应曲面分析得到最优的酵母培养基配方,从而达到提高克鲁弗酵母菌产量的目的.编号1685菌株:4%的甜菜糖蜜、0.20%蛋白胨、0.05%KH2PO4以及0.05%的酵母浸粉;编号1892菌株:8%的甜菜糖蜜,0.15%蛋白胨,0.05%KH2PO4;编号10847菌株:4%甜菜糖蜜,0.20%蛋白胨,0.15%KH2PO4;编号10955菌株:6%甜菜糖蜜,0.15%蛋白胨,0.05%KH2PO4.在此最佳培养基中培养S.kluyveri,得到四种菌株的干质量分别为13.2g/L、11.6g/L、9.7g/L、10.4g/L,均比培养基优化前提高了约35%.
