低聚半乳糖含量的测定方法

摘要

研究了离子色谱法测定糖浆中低聚半乳糖含量的方法.用水、250 nmol/L NaOH溶液和1mol/L乙酸钠溶液梯度淋洗,选用carboPac PA10(2 mm×250 mm)色谱柱和安培检测器,测定了糖浆中各组分(乳糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖和低聚半乳糖)的含量.3种糖在测定条件下线性相关系数为0.9990～0.9997,相对标准偏差为1.54%～3.42%,样品的加标回收率为91.7%～95.7%.%An ion chromatography method was developed for determination of galacto-oligosaccharide in syrup.The components of syrup wgs eluted with water, 250 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution and 1mol/L sodium acetate solution in gradient, and using the CarboPac PA10 (2 mm × 250 mm) column and amperometric detector. The method presented linear correlation coefficient between 0.9990 and 0.9997, relative standard deviation(RSD) 1.54％ and 3.42％. The recoveries of the lactose in syrup sample ranged from 91.7％ to 5.7％. The method has many advantages, such as simple operation, fast determination, accurate and highly sensitive.
