本文简述了各国对食品中亚硫酸盐的最高限量规定，综述了亚硫酸盐的各种检测方法和不同国家制定的检测标准，分析了各种方法的优缺点、检测限和适用的检测范围，提醒检测人员必须综合考虑，根据不同基质选定适宜的测定方法，避免出现检测结果偏高、偏低或假阳性。%The limits of the sulfite in food of different countries are outlined in this paper. The various determination methods of sulfite and detection standards of different countries are also reviewed, as well as the advantages and disadvantages, the detection limits and suitable detection range of the methods, to select the most suitable method according to medium and avoid the apprearance of higher or lower or false positive detection value.
