阿胶糕类食品生产企业质量安全管理探究

阿胶糕是一种营养丰富、方便即食的新型食品,近年来越来越受到消费者的青睐,阿胶糕类产业规模不断扩大,因此有必要加强阿胶糕类生产企业质量安全风险控制,确保阿胶糕类产品质量稳步提升.本文论述了现阶段阿胶糕类食品生产企业质量安全管理现状,提出了阿胶糕类食品生产企业质量安全管理途径.%Donkey-hide glue cake is a new type of food which is convenient and nutritious. It is increasingly favored by more consumers in recent years, and its industry scale has been expanding. It is necessary to enhance the quality and safety risk control of the enterprises to ensure the improvement of the quality of donkey-hide glue cake products. The quality and safety management situation of donkey-hide glue cake production enterprises is summarized in this paper, and effective ways of quality and safety management of the manufacturing enterprises are also proposed.
