超声辅助索氏提取法提取烟草油工艺优化研究

         

摘要

本文对超声辅助索氏提取法提取烟草油工艺进行了研究。以烟草油得率为指标,考察了提取时间、超声功率、超声时间、浸泡时间、颗粒度、料液比对超声辅助索氏提取法提取烟草油得率的影响,通过单因素试验与正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。结果显示,超声辅助索氏提取法对烟草油提取的最佳工艺条件是:提取时间4 h,超声功率70 W,超声时间40 min,浸泡时间过夜(12 h),颗粒度40目(粒径0.42 mm),料液比1:8(g/mL)。在此条件下烟草油分平均得率可达到7.185%。采用GC-MS方法对油分提取物进行成分鉴定,共分离出48种化学成分,其中烟碱相对质量分数25.039%,醇类37.374%,烃类15.733%。%In this paper, the extraction process of tobacco oil by ultrasonic assisted Soxhlet extractor was studied. With the yield ratio of tobacco oil as the index,the effects of extraction time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, soaking time, particle size, ratio of material to liquid (g/mL) on the extraction rate of tobacco were studied. The extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum technological conditions that the extraction time of 4 h, ultrasonic power 70 W, ultrasonic time 40 min, immersion time 12 h, particle size 0.42 mm, and the ratio of material to liquid 1:8 (g/mL) were found. Under this condition, the average yield of tobacco oil could reach to 7.185%. By the application of GC-MS techniques, the constituents of this extracted tobacco oil were identified,total of 48 kinds of chemical components were separated and isolated, among which, the relative contents of nicotine, alcohols and hydrocarbons were 25.039%, 37.374%amd 15.733%, respectively.
