基于电荷密度的乙醇汽油静电危险性试验研究

         

摘要

为了对乙醇汽油静电危险性影响因素进行研究,在结合目前采用的罐装工艺的基础上,设计试验平台对以下三项进行研究:乙醇含量对乙醇汽油静电特性影响、加油作业过程中产生的静电量、装车作业产生的静电量.试验结果表明:乙醇汽油电荷密度随着乙醇体积分数的升高先增加,后减小;乙醇体积分数在0.6%~1.5%时,电荷密度超过-60μC/m3,由于组分油和乙醇输送不同步,有可能使乙醇体积分数在这一范围,需注意此过程存在的风险.%In order to study the influencing factors of the electrostatic risk of ethanol gasoline, based on the current canned technology, the experimental platform was designed to carry out the following three studies: The effect of ethanol content on the electrostatic properties of ethanol gasoline, the amount of static electricity during the production process and the amount of static electricity generated by loading operations. The experimental results showed that the charge density of ethanol gasoline increases with the increase of ethanol volume fraction, and then decreases; the charge density exceeds-60 μC/m3 when the volume fraction of ethanol is 0.6% ~1.5%.It is possible to make the ethanol volume fraction in this range because that the component oil and ethanol are not transportedsynchronously, so the risk of trans portprocess must be paid attention.
