PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pancreas cancer risk disease evaluation method and the like that can provide highly reliable information usable as a reference when learning a state of a pancreas cancer risk disease.SOLUTION: According to the present embodiment, the pancreas cancer risk disease evaluation method is configured to: (i) acquire amino acid concentration data (having concentration values of at least two amino acids of 19 types of amino acids included) on a concentration value of an amino acid in a blood collected from an evaluation object; and (ii) use a preliminarily set formula (having at least two variables to be substituted by the concentration values of at least two amino acids of 19 types of amino acids included) including the acquired amino acid concentration data on the evaluation object and a variable to be substituted by a concentration value of an amino acid. By calculating a value of the formula, the state of the pancreas cancer risk disease in the evaluation object is evaluated.
