The paper analyzes the motion properties and scattering properties of ballistic missile targets,establishes the warhead micro-motion model and a more realistic simulation result of warhead orbit motion is also given,on the basis,the idea of quasi-static is introduced and the radar echo simulation method which consideres the pulse motion is given .The paper also calculates the warhead RCS data which is modulated by transition and micro-motion and the warhead RCS data is analyzed, then the precession cycle is successfully extracted based on Hibert-Huang Transform(HHT)from warhead RCS data.The results showed that the model is feasible and effective and it provides a technical basis of Ballistic Missile Targets recognition.%对弹道导弹目标的运动特性和散射特性进行分析,建立了弹头的微动模型,并较为逼真地仿真了弹头的轨道运动轨迹,在此基础上引入准静态技术的思想,提出了考虑弹头脉内运动的雷达回波模拟方法。同时计算了经过平动和微动调制后的弹头雷达截面积(Radar Cross Section,RCS)数据,而后对弹头RCS数据进行了分析,最后利用希尔伯特-黄变换(Hibert-Huang Transform,HHT)时频分析算法从弹头RCS数据中成功提取出了进动周期,处理结果表明模型可行有效,为弹道导弹目标的识别提供了技术基础。
