多轴轮毂电机驱动车辆动态负载特性研究

     

摘要

The dynamic model of multi-axle wheel motor drive vehicle is establishedbased on ADAMS,and dynamic load characteristic curvesincluding vehicle speed and turning radius of drive motor are drawn.The load characteristics of the vehicle have been analyzed under direct and steering conditions.The load of the motor output is solved by the inverse kinematics model,and the load is verified by power matching.The experimental results show that the load power is well matched and the vehicle model has good steady-state steering characteristics.What's more,the simulation results set are compiled into the load characteristic curves,which reflects the dynamic load variation characteristics of the drive motor under different driving conditions.%基于ADAMS建立了多轴轮毂电机驱动车辆动力学模型,绘出包括车速和转向半径在内的驱动电机动态负载特性曲面.分析了车辆直驶和转向工况下负载特性,通过动力学模型反向求解电机输出端负载,经功率匹配验证负载合理性.实验结果表明:负载功率匹配良好,车辆模型稳态转向特性良好.仿真结果集编制成负载特性曲面,较好地反映出车辆在不同行驶工况下各驱动电机动态负载变化特性.
