发动机燃油电磁阀短路原因分析

摘要

A fuel solenoid valve in engine couldn’ t function properly during service. The failure cause of the solenoid value was analyzed using fault tree. First, the possible causes leading to the failure of the solenoid value were analyzed from top to bottom. Then the exact cause for the failure was found out by analyzing the fault phenomenon and testing data as well as on-spot investigation. Finally, the fault recurred by simulation experiment. The results show that the cause for the short circuit of the fuel solenoid valve is that reverse breakdown occurred while the diode was in use.%采用故障树分析的方法对发动机燃油电磁阀在使用中发生故障的原因进行分析。首先以电磁阀不工作的故障作为分析目标，通过由上向下的故障因果逻辑分析，逐层找出导致故障发生的所有必要而充分的直接原因和原因组合。再通过故障现象、试验数据以及故障现场调查等手段对故障原因进行定位，最后通过故障模拟试验，使故障再现，确定了造成燃油电磁阀短路的故障的原因为二极管在使用中出现反向击穿。
