基于M atl ab的恒温控制系统研究

     

摘要

以M atlab软件为核心,对恒温控制系统进行设计。利用 K 型热电偶对加热炉的温度进行采样, M atlab软件利用增量式PID控制算法程序模块对采集的温度数据进行处理。当采集温度低于设定温度时,启动加热炉;当温度高于设定温度时,停止加热,同时启动冷却风机,使加热炉保持恒定。实验结果表明:该恒温控制系统的稳态误差小于1℃,控制效果满意。%Based on the Matlab software ,this paper designs the constant temperature control system .K type thermocouple was used to collect the temperature of the heating furnace . Matlab software processes the collecting temperature data by using the incremental PID control algorithm module .When the temperature below the set temperature , the heating furnace is started , when the temperature is higher than the set temperature ,heating is stopped . At the same time , the cooling fan is started to maintain a constant temperature in the heating furnace .The experimental results show that the steady‐state error of the temperature control system is less than 1 ℃ .The effect of the temperature control system is satisfactory .
