基于卓越工程师人才培养的工程实训中心建设研究

摘要

面向卓越工程师人才培养,突出建筑类专业特点,从工程实训中心的建设理念、建设目标、运行机制、布局设计、制度建设5个方面对中心的建设进行了研究,采取了"中心+平台、学校+企业"的建设模式,突出建筑、水、暖、电等学科专业融合,打破学科界限,资源共享,建设交叉实训项目.%Facing talents' cultivation of excellent engineer, and highlighting the characteristics of architectural majors, the construction of engineering training center (ETC) is studied from five aspects,including the construction concept, the goal of building, operation mechanism, layout design, and system construction.The ETC takes the construction mode of "platform+center, school+enterprise," emphasizes professional integration of architecture, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical engineering,etc.The ETC breaks the boundaries of subject, shares the resources, and constructs the cross training projects.
