从职称评审看高校实验技术队伍建设

             

摘要

Through a comparative analysis of the application scope,requirements for academic qualification, requirements for experimental teaching and management performance and the performance requirements for scientific research achievements in Liaoning and other six provinces and regions that are conducting the evaluation of senior experimenters,the constructive strategies of the "People-oriented idea and top-level design","Correct guidance and perfecting evaluation conditions","Classification evaluation and emphasizing post innovation",etc.,are put forward so as to adapt to the professional development needs of university experimental technical team.%通过对辽宁等开展正高级实验师评审工作的6个省区在适用范围、学历资历要求、实验教学与管理业绩要求、科研与成果业绩要求的比较分析,提出了"以人为本,做好顶层设计""导向正确,完善评审条件""分类评价,突出岗位创新"等职称评审建设策略,以适应高校实验技术队伍的专业化发展需要.
