PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design review output device which enables appropriate design review concerning a given object on a circuit board.;SOLUTION: The design review output device consists of a specification part 14, image construction part 16 and output part 17. The specification part 14 specifies an object identifier corresponding to a design review object based on design review information containing attributes of the design review object by every entry of more than one design review concerning with a basic construction of a circuit, and on circuit information which is given by relating an object attribute and object identifier which specifies objects on the circuit. The image construction part 16 constructs the design review image including an image on the board of the design review object based on board information which is given by relating the object identifier specified by the specification part 14, the object identifier, and location on the board of the object which is specified by the object identifier.
