OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine and tropisetron on postoperative analgesia and delirium in elderly hip surgery .METHODS: 120 patients undergoing hip surgery and postoperative analgesia admitted into Lianjiang People ' s Hospital were selected and divided into control group , observation group 1 and observation group 2 via random number table , with 40 cases in each group .Postoperative analgesia was conducted through intravenous self-controlled analgesia pump at 15 min before the end of hip surgery , the control group was given sufentanil and tropisetron , observation group 1 was given dexmedetomidine based on the control group , observation group 2 was given low dose of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine and tropisetron . The analgesic effects and incidences of delirium of three groups were observed .RESULTS:The VAS ( Visual Analogue Scale) scores of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were significantly lower than that of the control group , with significantly less postoperative effective pressure times , significantly higher postoperative Ramsay sedation scores , significantly less dosage of sufentanil , significantly less incidences of delirium in 3 days after surgery and adverse drug reactions, with statistically significant differences ( P0.05 );the dosage of sufentanil of observation group 2 was significantly less than that of the observation group 1 , with statistically significant difference ( P 0.05);观察2组患者舒芬太尼使用量明显少于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定及托烷司琼对老年髋部手术患者术后镇痛效果明显,可降低患者术后谵妄发生概率,其镇静效果确切,安全性高.
