电镀污泥微波干燥预处理试验研究

摘要

In value of the equipment, solution of dewatering rate was done. The effect of solution quality, microwave power, drying time and thickness of solution was studied. The results showed that in the range of quality 50 ~ 150 g, drying time 2 ~ 6 min, microwave power 120 - 700 W and thickness 5-25 mm, microwave power, drying time and thickness of solution were important factors, while solution quality was not important.%研究了电镀污泥质量、微波功率、干燥时间及料层厚度对电镀污泥脱水率的影响,试验结果表明:在电镀污泥质量为50 ～ 150 9,微波干燥时间为2～6 min,微波功率为120～ 700W,电镀污泥料层厚度为5～25 mm的试验条件下,微波干燥时间、微波功率、料层厚度对电镀污泥脱水效果的影响是显著的,电镀污泥质量对电镀污泥脱水效果的影响不明显.
