构建经济与环境公共服务发展综合水平评价指标体系,以长江经济带为研究对象,运用耦合协调模型,分别从时间和空间维度,分析各省市2007~2014年经济与环境公共服务协调发展的演变特征.研究表明:两个分系统耦合协调类型的空间格局分为5个阶段,其中以2011年格局变化最为明显;从时间维度看,两个分系统耦合协调度变化可分为"U型"、"倒U型"、"W型"3种;从空间维度看,按照耦合协调度值大小可以将11个省市分为三个梯队,而三个梯队之间耦合协调度呈现明显的空间差异性,以上海市、江苏省、浙江省的第一梯队远高于第二三梯队.且梯队内部差异也呈现非均衡性,第一梯队地区之间的内部差异在不断缩小,而第二三梯队地区之间的内部差异在不断扩大.%In this paper, comprehensive level evaluation indicator systems for economy and environment public service development were established. The Yangtze River Economic Zone was taken as the study target. Coupling coordination model was used to analyze the change features of coordinated development of the economy and the environment public services in the provinces and cities along the zone from 2007 to 2014 from the perspectives of spatial and time dimensions. The results indicated that the spatial pattern of coupling coordination between the two systems was divided into five stages, and the most dramatic change occurred in 2011. From the perspective of time dimension, the change feature of coupling and coordination degree of the two systems could be divided into"U type","inverted-U type"and"W type". From the perspective of spatial dimension, eleven provinces and cities could be divided into three groups according to the coupling coordination degree. The coupling degree between the three groups showed obvious spatial disparities. Value of the first group including Shanghai City, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province was far higher than that of the second and third groups. Internal difference in the groups also appeared non-equilibrium. Regional internal disparities in the first group were shrunk, but those in the second and third groups were enlarged continuously.
