液相色谱/质谱联用检测刚果红及其微电解降解的研究

     

摘要

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) was applied to measure the concentration of Congo red in dyeing wastewater. The optimal detecting conditions were defined as follow: methanol-water (70 : 30)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min; Zorbax C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) as isolation column;the quasi-molecular ion of Congo red was m/z 325. Results showed that the detection limits of the method was 0.1 mg/L, the linear range was between 0. 4 to 100.0 mg/L with r of 0. 991 5. The relative standard deviation ranged 8.5 %-13.4 %, and overall recoveries was between 83.5 %-106.4 %. The Congo red dyeing wastewater was treated by micro-electrolysis method, when the initial concentration of Congo red was 10 mg/L, initial pH value was 3.0, 85 %of Congo red could be degraded in 90 min.%采用液相色谱/质谱联用(LC/MS)检测了模拟印染废水中的刚果红,并用微电解对其进行了降解研究.LC/MS检测刚果红的结果表明,在流动相为甲醇:水(体积比)=70:30、流速为0.6 mL/min、色谱柱为Zorbax XDB0-C18(150 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm)条件下,刚果红的准分子离子的质荷比(m/z)为325;该方法的检出限为0.1 mg/L,线性范围为0.4~100.0 mg/L,r为0.991 5,相对标准偏差为8.5%~13.4%,回收率为83.5%~106.4%.微电解法降解刚果红的结果表明,在刚果红初始质量浓度为10mg/L、初始pH为3.0、保留时间为90 min的反应条件下,降解率约为85%.
