Disclosed is a liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry device in which, with regards to mass spectral data respectively obtained from a reference sample and a sample to be compared, the similarity between the reference sample and the sample to be compared can be easily indentified, and in which separate analysis results can be accurately identified by not displaying extraneous peaks. As a result, the mass spectral data respectively obtained from the reference sample and the sample to be compared are mapped on retention time and mass-to-charge ratio axes, with ion peak intensities in the mass spectral data displayed in grayscale. In addition, the peaks of an indicated intensity only are displayed separately from other peaks, and a map displaying only those peaks is also provided.
