海南国际旅游岛建设需要实现海南全省旅游业的协调发展，需要海南中西部旅游发展的支撑和配合。本文就国际旅游岛建设背詈下，对海南中西部旅游发展的必要性以及优劣势和机会威胁等方面进行了分析，在此基础上，针对海南中西部旅游发展特点，提出政府进一步加大支持力度、创新旅游产品开发理念、加强公共设施建设、加强旅游从业人员素质培养等对策建议。%Abstract ： Hainan international tourism island construction needs to realize the coordinated development of the tourism industry of the whole province, needs to the support and cooperation of travel development in the mid - west region in Hainan tourism. Under the background of the international tourism construction, this article analyzed the necessity of developing the Hainan＇ s mid -western tourism, and on that basis, put forward the suggestions that the governments should further strengthen support, innovate the ideas of travel products development, enhance the construction of public infrastructure, and enhance the culti- vation of travel workers quality.
