注射模浇注系统凝料自动脱模机构的优化设计

             

摘要

Through comparative analysis of several basic forms of automatic ejection mechanism for feed system condensate of injection mould in the practical application,in view of the existing deficiencies that traditional mechanisms have,such as feed system condensate adhesion and jamming,easy demoulding failure,poor demoulding stability,low efficiency,limited application, etc.,the optimization mechanism of automatic ejection for pin-point gate condensate was put forward. The optimization mechanism can minimized pin-point gate condensate damage to the molding parts when it is separated from molding parts;the technical problems of affecting feed system condensate smooth ejection because of it and mould adhesion is effectively solved. Through fixed-distance sequential parting of multiple parting lines,it easy to realize automatic and efficient injection molding production,and the development and applications of pin-point gate injection mould are expanded.%通过比较分析实际应用的注射模浇注系统凝料自动脱模机构的几类基本形式,针对传统机构所存在的诸如浇注系统凝料脱模粘附及卡住、易产生脱模故障隐患、脱模稳定性差、成型效率低、适用范围受限等不足,提出了点浇口凝料自动脱模机构的优化改进方案。优化改进方案最大限度地降低了点浇口凝料与模塑件分离时对模塑件造成的损伤;有效地解决了浇注系统凝料与模具粘附而影响其顺利脱模的技术难题。通过多分型面的定距顺序分型,易于实现自动高效的注塑生产,拓展了点浇口注射模的开发应用。
