还原剂对涤纶织物化学镀银性能的影响

         

摘要

Electroless silver plating was deposited on PET fabrics by using five different reducing agents. The effects of reducing agents on plating rate were investigated. The properties of Ag-plated fabrics, such as electromagnetic shielding wave performance, surface specific resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion etc., were measured. The surface and structural changes in the Ag deposits were also analyzed by means of SEM and XRD. It is found that the plating rates are different when different reducing agents used. The crystal structure does not change but grain sizes are different. When the weight percentages are the same, shielding effectiveness of Ag-plated fabrics is different when different reducing agents used. The difference in shielding effectiveness is as follows: C6 H12 O6 > H2 NNH2 > C12 H22 O11 > HCHO> KNaC4 H4 O6. The sequence in abrasion resistance and adesion is: C6 H12 O6 >C12 H22 O11 > HCHO> H2 NNH2 > KNaC4 H4 O6.%采用5种不同的还原剂对涤纶织物进行化学镀银.主要研究了还原剂对镀速的影响,测定了镀银织物的电磁波屏蔽、表面比电阻、耐磨性和结合力等性能,并借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射对镀层表面形貌和结构进行了分析.结果表明:不同还原荆镀银的镀速有所不同,镀层结构没有改变,晶粒大小有所不同;当增重率相同时,葡萄糖镀银织物的电磁波屏蔽性能最好,酒石酸钾钠和甲醛镀银织物的最差,肼和蔗糖的一般;葡萄糖和蔗糖镀银织物的耐磨性和结合力较好,甲醛和肼的一般,酒石酸钾钠的最差.
