初中教师教学反思的问题、原因——基于一所初中四位教师教学反思的个案研究

     

摘要

教学反思对于提高初中教师教学水平、促进初中教师专业发展具有重要意义。调查表明,虽然当前初中教师对教学反思有较高的认同感,同时也经常进行一定的教学反思,但存在诸如对教学反思重视不够,反思内容肤浅、方式单一、过程形式化、缺乏合作、淡化批判等问题。究其原因,教师职业的特性、教师的工作强度、教师的理论素养以及学校的环境都对教师教学反思产生影响。%Teaching reflection plays an important role in the improvement of junior high school teachers′ teaching level and professional development.Surveys suggest that,nowadays,junior high school teachers′ have got a higher sense of identity with teaching reflection and in their teaching they often do teaching reflection.However,there are still some problems with their teaching reflection,such as insufficient attention,superficial content,single mode,formalization of process,lack of cooperation as well as the downplaying of criticism.And accordingly,some factors,like the characteristics of teaching profession,the working intensity and theoretical accomplishment of the teacher,and school environment have certain impact on teaching reflection.
