系统分析视域下高学历幼儿教师自我认同感的提升路径初探

         

摘要

With the improvement of our country’s teacher education and training system ,the education of preschool teachers are constantly improving ,highly educated preschool teachers come into pre-school education career .However ,the teachers’ identity is relatively low due to imperfect salary policy ,unbalanced economic status;lacking of professional identity ,professional image not being reflected;poor individual ada-ptability ,difficulty to reach equilibrium after their induction .The author ,using system analysis method ,explores the ways to improve the highly educated preschool teachers’ identity from the macro ,meso and micro system:increase salaries ,improve community recognition and guide the highly educated preschool teachers to pursue their self values in the proper way .%随着中国教师教育培训体系的完善,幼儿教师队伍学历不断提升,高学历幼儿教师涌入学前教育事业。受薪资待遇政策不健全、经济地位失衡,社会稳定性职业认同缺乏、专业形象没有体现,个体适应性较差、入职后自我难以达到平衡等因素的影响,高学历幼儿教师自我认同感较低。文章运用系统分析法,从宏观、中观、微观系统出发,探索提升高学历幼儿教师自我认同感的途径:提升高学历幼儿教师的薪资待遇、提高团体对高学历幼儿教师的认可度、引导高学历幼儿教师正确地追寻自我价值。
