高校贫困生能力资助路径研究

摘要

当前，高校贫困生能力资助处于起步探索阶段，存在着资助理念滞后、社会参与缺失、服务支撑缺位、个体认知偏差等诸多迫切需要解决的问题。高校贫困生能力资助需要政府出台有效措施，政府、社会、学校、家庭、个人积极参与，形成有效合力，才能实现能力资助的健康、快速、持续发展。%At present ,China’s ability-funding for impoverished college students is in the initial stage of exploration .There are many urgent problems need to be solved ,such as the lag of funding concept ,the lack of social participation and service support ,the individual cognitive devi-ation ,and so on .College students ability-funding is a systematic project ,involving many departments and a lot of people ,which needs the active participation of the government ,society ,schools ,families ,and individuals as well as the introduction of effective measures to form an effective force so as to achieve the healthy ,rapid and sustainable development of ability -funding .
