实战化训练条件下的军事职业教育研究

摘要

Aimed at the construction of modern military human resource educating architecture based on trinity, that insisted actual training forward actual combat,the tractor of equipment maintenance and combating generation, faced with new questions,new challenges and new chances,this article studied the teaching architecture,the faculty team,the teaching mode,and the creative mechanism.The research will effectively improve the quality and level of military professional education.%坚持实战先实训理念，以新型装备保障力和战斗力生成为牵引，着眼于“三位一体”新型军事人才培养体系构建，立足军队院校编制体制调整所面临的新问题、新挑战和新机遇，研究了军事职业的教学体系、教员队伍、教学模式以及创新机制等问题，这些研究将显著提升实战化训练条件下的军事职业教育质量和水平。
