“园艺产品贮藏与加工”课程教学改革探析

摘要

结合园艺产品贮藏与加工学课程的特点，分析探讨贵州大学农学院该门课程教学存在的问题。从教学内容、教学方法、实践教学、成绩考核等方面对园艺产品贮藏与加工学课程教学改革进行探讨，以期培养学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的实践创新能力和综合素质，提高该门课程的教学质量效果。%Based on the characteristic of storage and processing of horticultural product,problems of the course in the teaching process of the College of Agricultural,Guizhou University,were discussed and analyzed in this paper. The content of course,teaching methods,practice teaching,performance evaluation and so on were carried out to cultivate learning interest and improve practice and innovation abilities and overall qualities of the students,and then improve the quality of teaching.
