轮岗交流政策中的教师参与——基于上海市一所小学的个案研究

         

摘要

Rotational teachers' participation has a profound impact on teacher development and school im-provement,and is the key to the implementation of the policy of teachers' rotation.Based on the per-spective of community of practice,this study intends to explore teachers'participation from three dimen-sions:knowledge domain,interacting relationships and participation forms.Firstly,it finds that the teaching and research topics showed a certain degree of convergence between rotational teachers and in-flow school teachers under the same district.Secondly,an overly harmonious colleagues and hierarchical interactive relationships has been presented in the process of rotation.Finally,three forms of teachers' participation are presented as peripheral participation,marginal participation and full participation,with peripheral participation as the main participation form.%轮岗教师在流入校的参与形态深刻影响到教师发展与学校改进,是教师轮岗交流政策实施的关键.本研究基于实践共同体的理论视角,从知识领域、互动关系以及参与形式三个维度诠释轮岗教师在流入校的参与现状.研究发现,同一片区内轮岗教师与流入校教师校本教研的主题具有一定的趋同性;轮岗交流过程中呈现出偏重和谐的同事关系与等级式互动关系;轮岗教师在参与过程中主要存在边缘性参与、边界参与以及充分参与三种参与形式,其中以边缘性参与为主.
