校长领导方式可以影响教师教学创新吗?——兼论学校组织创新氛围的中介效应

     

摘要

采用整群抽样和随机抽样,对30所中小学校的1022名教师展开调查,探索领导支持与环境氛围对教师教学创新的作用机制.研究发现教师教龄、学历与教学创新水平具有显著性差异;结构方程检验得出校长领导方式正向影响教师教学创新及学校组织创新氛围,且学校组织创新氛围在校长领导方式与教师教学创新之间起到中介作用;但变革型领导对教学创新的影响效果远高于交易型领导.因此校长既需发挥创新引领、榜样示范的变革型领导,也需要运用交易型领导建立奖惩分明的管理机制,满足教师基本的物质需求和相关利益;进而为教师营造专业成长、良好工作条件以及团队协作的学校组织创新氛围.%Using cluster sampling and random sampling,1022 teachers from 30 primary and secondary schools were investigated to explore the mechanism of leadership support and environment atmosphere for teachers' teaching innovation.It's found that there is significant difference between teachers' teaching age,educational background and teaching innovation level;Structural equation test shows that principals, leadership has a positive impact on Teachers' teaching innovation and school organizational innovation at-mosphere,and the school organizational innovation atmosphere plays a mediating role.But the effect of transformational leadership on teaching innovation is much higher than transactional leadership.Principals need to play transformational leadership with innovative leadership and exemplary demonstration.They also need to use transactional leadership to establish a clear management mechanism of rew ards and pun-ishments;and then we will create a professional development,good working conditions and effective team operation of school innovation atmosphere for the teachers.
