普通高中贫困生资助政策体系效率分析——基于X县的调查

摘要

2010年9月,《关于建立普通高中家庭经济困难学生国家资助制度的意见》的下发,标志着普通高中贫困生的资助政策体系日臻完善。本研究引入了总生产函数的传统分析框架,对资助政策体系进行效率分析。通过分析,得出如下结论：从长期来看,总资助金额的增加对本科上线率具有正向的促进作用,但是效果不是很明显,从短期来看,本科上线率与总资助金额之间的关系不显著。%The opinions of establishing national aid system for students with economic difficulties in regular high school is issued in September 2010,which marks the financial aid system for poor students in regular high schools become better and better.By using the traditional analysis framework of total production function,the article analyzes the efficiency of the financial aid system.The result shows that the increasing amount of financial aid has positive effect on the rate of reaching undergraduate admission test scores in the long term while the effect is not obvious.In the short term,the relationship between the rate and the total amount is not significant.
