PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain productive progress management in real time by automatically collecting observation data for the productive efficiency analysis of a production line.;SOLUTION: This productive efficiency analyzing system comprizes an observation data accepting means 41 for accepting the input of observation data from detectors 15 and 16 for observing whether or not any operator exists in a specific operation region for performing an operation as the object of observation, a data collecting means 42 for defining operators 12 and 13 existing in the operation region as persons in charge of real operations, and for collecting the observation data within a predetermined observation time extent, a basic data calculating means 43 for calculating the total number N of persons in charge of operations as the object of observation within the observing time extent and the total number n of persons in charge of real operations, a productive efficiency calculating means 44 for calculating the ratio of n to N to search productive efficiency and an output control means for outputting the arithmetic result of the productive efficiency calculating means 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
