科研院所是高技术人才聚集的地方,优化对科研人员的绩效管理有助于将科研院所的发展战略和科研目标贯彻下去,同时也有助于科研人员明晰自身的研究方向以更好的规划其职业生涯。基于绩效管理理论,对北京某研究所科研人员绩效管理体系进行研究,分析其绩效管理的特点并指出存在的问题,针对某研究所科研人员的实际情况对其绩效管理模式提出一些合理化的建议。%Since researching institutes are mainly composed of researchers,optimizing the performance management of researchers will be helpful to carry out the developing strategic objects of researching institutes and to make researchers better plan their research.Based on the theories of performance management,this study does a research on the current performance management of researchers in an institute in Beijing,analyzing its characteristics and pointing out the problems in the whole performance management system.Finally,certain reasonable advices are put forward according to the situation of the researchers in this Institute.
