The embodiment relates to an ARIA encryption method using a scrambler. Specifically, in the ARIA encryption method, this method modulates by first performing an exclusive operation with a scrambler from the plaintext and the secret key before performing the round key addition operation. Then, a round key addition operation is performed. Thus, when the ciphertext is obtained, the scrambler is systematically destroyed in a round key addition operation, and the operation result is obtained in the same form as a commercial AES. Therefore, the ARIA encryption algorithm is protected by blocking the method of inputting an arbitrary initial value and secret key for the power analysis attack by using scramble.
