目的：探究雷珠单抗眼内注药法治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床效果，并为相关患者的临床护理提供指导意见。方法：择取2015年1月—2015年10月我院收治的湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者58例作为本次研究对象，依据患者的个人意愿分为实验组和参照组，每组29例，所有患者均实施雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射治疗，实验组结合患者的治疗反应和症状表现实施针对性护理，参照组接受常规护理，运用ETDRS视力量表观察比较患者在接受治疗护理前后的视力水平，对两组患者的护理满意度进行调查对比。结果：58例患者视力均发生显著改善，且未出现雷珠单抗注射相关性临床并发症报告病例，实验组患者的护理满意度显著优于参照组，两组间差异具有明显的统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：采用雷珠单抗玻璃体腔内注射方法治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性，能够取得较好的临床效果，促进患者的视力水平显著提升，而做好围手术期针对性护理，能够充分预防患者并发症的发生，确保最佳治疗效果的顺利取得，提升患者的护理满意度。%Objective: To evaluate nursing effect on ARMD patients after using Lucentis Eye Injection, and to provide clinical care guidance for patient. Methods: Randomly pick 58 ARMD patients from patients who had treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015. The patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the opinions of the patients, 29 patients per group. All patients were treated with Lucentis Eye Injection. The patients in the experimental group receive special nursing according to treatment responses and symptoms. The patients in the reference group received the regular nursing. The ETDRS visual acuity scale was used to observe the visual acuity level before and after the treatment , The satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients were compared.Results: The visual acuity level improved significantly in 58 patients, and there were no reports of clinical complication related to Lucentis Eye Injection. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ,P<0.05.Conclusion: Using Lucentis Eye injection in the treatment of ARMD can achieve better clinical results and improve the visual acuity level of the patients. Doing well perioperative nursing can fully prevent the occurrence of complications to ensure the best therapeutic effect and improve patients’ satisfaction on nursing.
