培养具有自我指导能力的终身学习者r——格罗分阶段自我指导学习模式一瞥

     

摘要

Learners'self-directed learning level is from low to high and teachers'teaching needs to be matched with learners' learning stage and provides corresponding effective guidance.The mismatching of teachers and students will bring a negative impact on learning.Learners'learning stage can be roughly assessed from their learning motivation and academic performance.In the teaching process,the use of staged self-directed learning mode is beneficial for enhancing learner's self-directed ability and promoting autonomous learning.%学习者的自我指导学习水平由低到高,教师的教学需要匹配学习者所处的学习阶段,提供相应的有效指导.师生不匹配会给学习带来负面影响.从学习者学习动机和学业表现可以大致评估学习者所处阶段,教师在教学过程中运用分阶段自我指导学习模式,有利于提升学习者的自我指导能力,促进自主学习.
