The present invention relates to a hybrid coaching system based on self-coaching and counseling, and a computer-readable recording medium having a self-coaching and counseling providing program recorded therein. The present invention provides an ordinary person, who has a hard time of personal relationship or a personal matter in daily life and cannot solve such a problem personally, with self-coaching to be able to easily find a solution suitable for the person and apply the same through an application in real life. Also, counseling is provided to people who do not want to go to hospital and have troubles of depression and anxiety in life and work life to easily request counseling and solve such a problem with a professional coach for a predetermined number of time periods. The recording medium comprises: a first information collecting means (130a-1); a first coaching issue selecting means (130a-2); and a solution plan providing means (130a-3).
