Taking computer multimedia technology specialty of Guangdong Teacher College of Foreign Language and Arts as an example, This paper introduces the talent cultivation mode and function of the connection between secondary and higher voca⁃tional education, explains primary question existed the talent cultivation of the connection between secondary and higher voca⁃tional education and solving countermeasure.%该文以广东外语艺术职业学院计算机多媒体技术专业为例，介绍了中高职衔接人才培养的模式和作用，阐述了中高职衔接人才培养存在的主要问题和解决对策。
